Drop of Doom, as his name says, could only be destined to stay with us. He is a wonderful, intelligent and curious cat, and he is a universal pampering acceptor: human, but also feline. Dark and Dubbio adore him and look to him as if he were a real little brother. He is the only Britomarti kittens who stayed with us and reminds us her all the time because of his sweet meow and his smart expression.

Something about us
We are a cattery near Turin, recognized by ANFI/FIFé since the tenth of March 2015.

Our adventure began in 2010, when we adopted our first cat: Azeban... although it would be more correct to say that he was to take us. Azeban has passed in our life like a shooting star, leaving a big void in our hearts and a great lesson: that there is no greater gift for one human being than the love of a cat. He has opened the doors to a world of beauty that we did not suspect the existence. It was natural for us to begin to take an interest in breeding and then let the passion to overwhelm our lives and transform all our projects: we have decided to move from our apartment in the middle of Turin to a house in the province that has allowed us to create not only interior spaces, but also a large outdoor safe space, secure and all for cats. Meanwhile, the family has continued to grow: in August of 2013 after a long search Zéphyr has joined us, then in December of the same year our first female, Venus: a wonderful Christmas gift! And then the little Vesper, and then Orazio, and then who knows... Maine Coons are like cherries, one leads to another!

In recent years psychology books, feline genetics, health literally invaded our house... we also took part in the Master of Feline Breeder organized by the “Associazione Nazionale Medici Veterinari Italiani“ in collaboration with the FIFe, graduated in 2013/2014, and we achieved the G1 level at PawPeds in December 2018. At the same time we also started to attend and learn about the world of exhibitions.

Our goal is not just to breed beautiful cats and respectful of the breed standard, but cats that are first of all healthy. For this reason, all our sweeties are tested for FIV, FeLV, HCM, SMA e PKdef, regularly vaccinated and followed by ultrasound (heart and kidneys).
Why <<Lands of Azeban>>
Azeban is a trickster, a mischievous spirit, which populates the mythology of the ancient inhabitants of Maine, the Abenaki. He reveals himself in the form of a raccoon and, unlike the spirits of other tribes, he is not dangerous or malevolent: he devoted himself mainly to deceive people and animals to get food, but knows how to be generous and child friend.
Every Maine Coon, after all, is a delightful little Azeban. However Azeban is especially our guardian angel: a big cat sweet and smart in the flesh which reached too soon the world of creatures of pure spirit. It is he who made us fall in love with this wonderful cat breed and has been for us as a child...
In him we have dedicated our breeding, rest assured that in each of our kittens there will also be a part of him.
